Villa boasts a fantastic location. It is a luxury three bedroom split level bungalow, on the sea front coast line of Coral Bay. Located in a tranquil cul-de-sac, and just a few minutes’ walk to the hustle and bustle of the Coral Bay Strip, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets and of course the Blue Flag beaches of Coral Bay. All at a walking distance.

The inviting cottage style, stone cladded exterior of villa, and the beautiful mature garden of trees, shrubs and beautiful marble statues, instantly gives you the Mediterranean feeling and puts you in the right holiday mood. Although a car might not be needed due to the convenient location of the villa, there is a large carport covered with a wooden pergola and a beautiful climbing Bougainville .The imposing double door main entrance gives an impressive feel to the property, with small side entrances on both sides , leading to the rear garden and pool area. 

Once you are inside, you will be presented with an elegant Entree paved with marble columns. This overlooks and leads to the elegantly furnished open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge area has white leather sofas which comfortably seats six persons. Opposite is a 40 inch flat screen TV with an MXbox for an enjoyable and relaxing experience for adults and nonstop entertainment for kids. WiFi is also available in all parts of the villa.

The elegant dining table chairs sit around an elaborate wooden table with a chandelier above, giving a soft ambiance.  These areas have direct views and access through large floor to ceiling patio doors, to the unique, tranquil and undisturbed sea views. 

The fully equipped kitchen, which is a separate room, is to the side of the lounge area has its own access to the outdoor dining and pool area. The kitchen has granite top and luxury wooden cupboards and has all the facilities and equipment to prepare those wonderful meals. It also accommodates a small glass top kitchen table.

Back up the small stairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms; the Master Bedroom has a en-suite shower room and two Twin Bedrooms, share a large bathroom. All come with ample wardrobe space for the most comfortable and easy stay

Once you step outside you will be astounded with the view and the breathtaking scenery. You literally have the Mediterranean at your feet!

The spacious outdoor area comprises of a large kidney shape pool, a gas BBQ next to a covered veranda with an outdoor rattan table and chairs for a nice Mediterranean Barbeque meal. There is also a pool shower and a spacious grass covered area. This makes it the perfect setting for having a splash in the crystal waters of the pool, lounging around it on the comfortable sunbeds or enjoying your breakfast in the shade of the palm trees. 

The garden gate opens up to a paved walkway which stretches along the sea front, where you will find benches along the way to sit and soak in the warm sun, read your favourite book, and admire the spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Perfect for sunset strolls.

But while you are there, enjoy a late night drink to the sound of the crashing waves on the rocks and don't miss out on watching the golden sunrise over the aquamarine Mediterranean Sea. It is a unique experience that you will enjoy while you are there and a beautiful memory you will cherish for a very long time.
