The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

The detached villa comprises a large air-conditioned living/dining room with lounge seating for 6 and a dining table and 6 chairs. 

There is a large terrace on the upper floor with coffee table and chairs with good views perfect for a sunset cocktail. A further covered terrace is located on the ground floor next to the pool area. There is also a private car parking space within the villa grounds.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster and kettle.

There are three air-conditioned bedrooms (a double and two twins) all with fitted wardrobes. 

The double bedroom is on the ground floor and has an en-suite full bathroom and patio doors onto the terrace. The two twin rooms are on the first floor and lead onto a large balcony.

The main bathroom has a bath, shower and WC. There is also a WC downstairs.

The villa has a private pool and paved sunbathing area with sun loungers, table/chairs and BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining all set within landscaped gardens.

The TV system is one of the best available in Cyprus, MAG TV which has UK free to view channels including BBC and ITV plus the full Sky package and an additional 30+ sports channels showing many sports including PPV boxing and almost every premiership game. In addition to this there is 7-day catch up available. There are also hundreds of current DVD quality movies available.

Additional features of the villa include a DVD player, CD player, free WIFI, BBQ, safe, iron and ironing board. 

Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided. 

The villa is located within a 5 minute walk of the main Coral Bay beach which is said to be the best beach in the Paphos area, it is a sandy beach and safe for swimming where you will also find beach bars/restaurants and a range of water sports available including water skiing, windsurfing and pedalos.
