Excellent 3 bedroom villa in a great location just 300 metres to Pernera Beach and a 5 minute walk to Nissi Beach. The villa is located on the beach side of Nissi Avenue and very close to Nissi Beach and the Ayia Napa Nightlife.
The villa is ideal for those not wanting to hire a car as the location is within easy walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and attractions.
The villa has a private driveway, a lovely green garden that surrounds the pool area. The private pool features a floating style wooden decking area which is great for sunbathing on. Ouside there are 6 sunloungers, a garden table with chairs, parasol and barbeque for your private use only.
Inside the villa the living area overlooks the pool through the large sliding patio doors. In the lounge you will find a widescreen t.v., XMBC box with English, Russian, Germany and many other T.V. Channels, DVD Player and Wifi. There is dining area with a table and 6 chairs which leads on to the Fully fitted kitchen.
There is a ground floor double bedroom which looks across to the private pool area through the large sliding doors. Also on the ground floors is a shower room.
Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds. They both have access to the large balcony from their sliding patio doors. There is also a family bathroom with a tub and stand in shower.
